Thoughts from Jim's Friends, Employees, and North State Democrats
“I greatly admire Jim and his tenacity. He isn’t afraid to stand up for what he believes in and tell it like he sees it. But more than that, he brings the intelligence, vision and personality to finally give the 2nd Congressional District what we deserve – Someone that actually fights for our interests and gets things done!”
- Dan Cucchi, current delegate from AD2 for the Democratic State Party Central Committee
“I have worked for Jim for over 6 years now and I can honestly say that he is the most optimistic person I have ever known. He is a pragmatist but always looks at the possibility of the situation, rather than the negative side. Second only to his extremely bright mind, his optimism is probably his strongest characteristic. I have seen him resolve cases that seemed impossible. He has won many cases in trial, but his ability to settle cases that seemed unwinnable is amazing. I think this makes him a great candidate for Congress. He would be able to build consensus and get things done. He works 7 days a week and has done so for years. He takes work on vacation with him and yet he never burns out. It takes 3 of us paralegal/assistants to keep up with him.”
